Part of the Greater Brantford metropolitan area, Mayfair is a neighbourhood within Brantford, Ontario.

Transportation

The best approach to get around in this part of Brantford is usually a car. It is very convenient to park, and many properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 403. The bike is a sometimes poor method of transportation in Mayfair because the bicycling network is not very comprehensive. Thankfully, there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave. It is also sometimes difficult for pedestrians to move around in Mayfair because meeting day-to-day needs is occasionally challenging on foot.

Services

A supermarket is usually reachable within a reasonably short walk from any home in this part of Brantford. Residents are served by about 10 restaurants and cafes as well. With respect to education, in this neighbourhood, parents and their kids will generally be able to access daycares and primary schools by walking.
