Transportation

Active property owners will enjoy the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of Grand Woodlands; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Grand Woodlands. It is easy to get to parks since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in. Thanks to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, this part of the city is relatively quiet; however there can be more noise for those who are around Highway 403.
