Transportation

Terence Bay is an extraordinarily good part of Halifax for driving. It is very convenient to find a place to park. Terence Bay is not very conducive to biking because the cycling network is not very well-developed, and cyclists encounter a significant amount of hills. Most houses for sale in this part of the municipality are located in areas that are also not very suitable for walking as almost no day-to-day errands can be run on foot.

Services

This community does not have any high schools or primary schools. Concerning eating, in all cases, a car is needed in Terence Bay to reach the closest grocery store.

Character

Terence Bay is an excellent community to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. The noise levels in Terence Bay are very low, as the streets are especially peaceful.
