The community of Pleasant Valley is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in this part of Halifax. It is very convenient to park. Walking is not very practical for property owners in Pleasant Valley because running daily errands is practically impossible. It is also very difficult to travel by bike in this area as the bicycling infrastructure is quite poor, and there are a good number of hills to challenge cyclists.
