Mitchell Bay

The community of Mitchell Bay is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Mitchell Bay. Parking is generally easy. Mitchell Bay is not very conducive to biking since there are very few bike lanes, and there are a good number of slopes. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the municipality are located in areas that are also not very well-suited for walking as almost no daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle.

Services

It is very rarely practical for home buyers in this area to buy groceries by walking. With regards to education, this part of Halifax does not have any high schools or primary schools.
