Hubley is a community within Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Hubley. Parking is quite easy, and most properties for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway. Cycling is easy in Hubley. This part of the municipality is not very conducive to those who travel by foot because almost no daily errands can be run without having to use a car.

Services

There are only a few high schools in Hubley and therefore they can be an extended walk away. Additionally, this part of Halifax does not contain any primary schools. As far as eating is concerned, accessing the nearest supermarket by walking is feasible for some, but not all, house buyers in this community. There are also a few restaurants in Hubley.

Character

Hubley is a very good community to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. Most areas in this part of the municipality are very quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. Finally, it is very easy to get to green spaces in the community, since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in, like Five Bridges Junior High School Park.

In this community, the overwhelming majority of dwellings are single detached homes, while duplexes are also present in the housing stock.
