Higginsville is an extremely good part of Halifax for driving. Parking is easy. This area is not very conducive to biking since there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the cycling network is not very comprehensive. This part of Halifax is also not very well-suited for walking as almost no day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a car.
