Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. It is difficult for people walking to move around in Greystone because very few daily errands can be run on foot. In contrast, the bicycle is a fairly good method of transportation in this neighbourhood.

In Greystone, families will almost always be able to get to both primary and secondary schools on foot. However, it can be very difficult to get to daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding food, the closest supermarket in this part of the municipality is generally only a long walk away.
