The neighbourhood of Coast Guard can be found in the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a very good means of transportation in this neighbourhood. Nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from any location in this part of the municipality, and it is convenient to park. However, commuting by transit can be difficult in Coast Guard as a result of the low service level. Bicycling is convenient in Coast Guard.
