Transportation

The best method to move around in Prospect Bay is usually a car. Finding a parking spot is generally easy. Walking is not very convenient for residents in Prospect Bay since running daily errands is very impractical. This community is also not very suited for biking as riding is made difficult by the often hilly terrain, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad.

Services

Property owners in Prospect Bay almost always have to use a car to buy groceries. When it comes to education, there are only a very small number of primary schools in this part of Halifax and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. In addition, Prospect Bay does not contain any high schools.
