Commuting by car is very easy in this part of the municipality. It is very convenient to park. Most houses for sale in this area are located in areas that are not very conducive to walking because almost no daily errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle. Biking is also occasionally difficult in East Lawrencetown as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and the topography is not especially flat.
