Onslow

The community of Onslow is part of the subdivision of a county municipality of Colchester Subdivision B, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Truro metropolitan area.

Transportation

Onslow is an extremely good part of Colchester Subdivision B for travelling by car. Most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 104, and parking is easy. Onslow is not very suited for bicycling since the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and the terrain is not especially flat. It is also very inconvenient for pedestrians to get around in Onslow because carrying out daily needs is challenging by walking.

Services

There are only a very small number of high schools in this area and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. Furthermore, Onslow does not have any primary schools. As far as eating is concerned, it is very rarely practical for home buyers in this community to do grocery shopping on foot.
