The community of Westmount is part of the municipality of Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is very often the best approach to navigate Westmount. It is especially convenient to park. It is very impractical for people walking to move around in this community because meeting daily needs is inconvenient. Cycling is also challenging in Westmount as riding a bike is made arduous by the often sloping area, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.

Services

Parents and their children will find that no matter where their home is located in Westmount, daycares and primary schools are close by. However, this community does not contain any high schools.
