The community of New Victoria is part of the municipality of Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred way to navigate New Victoria is very often a car. Parking is quite easy. The bike is a rather poor means of transportation in New Victoria as the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and the topography is not particularly flat. It is also very difficult for people travelling on foot to get around in this area as carrying out daily needs is inconvenient by walking.

Services

New Victoria does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, daycares are not abundant and accordingly not always within walking distance. When it comes to eating, purchasing one's groceries very often necessitates the use of a car in New Victoria.
