Part of the Cape Breton metropolitan area, Gabarus Lake is a community within Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Gabarus Lake. It is very easy to find a place to park. Biking is difficult in Gabarus Lake since the terrain is not particularly flat, and there are very few bike lanes. A majority of the houses for sale in this community are located in places that are also not very well-suited for those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is almost impossible by walking.

Services

It is very rarely possible for property owners in this part of the municipality to access the nearest supermarket on foot. As far as education is concerned, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this area.
