Christmas Island

Part of the Cape Breton metropolitan area, Christmas Island is a community within Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in Christmas Island. It is especially convenient to park. Walking is not very feasible for property owners in this part of the municipality because almost no daily errands can be run without the use of a car. Cycling is also very hard in Christmas Island as cyclists encounter a significant amount of hills, and the cycling network is not very extensive.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Christmas Island. With regards to food, it is very rarely an option for house buyers in this part of the municipality to purchase groceries by walking.
