This part of the municipality is especially car friendly. Accessing a place to park is easy. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for property owners in this part of Cape Breton Municipality because almost no common errands can be run without the use of a car. MacAdams Lake is also not very bicycling-friendly because there are a good number of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes.
