Gabarus is a community within Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is very often the best way to get around in Gabarus. It is very convenient to access a parking spot. This community is not very cycling-friendly as there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and there are very few bike lanes. It is also very difficult for people walking to get around in Gabarus as almost no common errands can be run without having to resort to a car.

This part of Cape Breton Municipality does not have any high schools or primary schools. Concerning eating, purchasing one's groceries very often necessitates the use of a car in Gabarus.

Character
