Pippy Park is very car friendly. Many properties for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as I1:10:41 Highway, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be challenging in this area by reason of the low service level. Travelling on foot is not very practical for house buyers in this area as running common errands is sometimes challenging by walking. However, biking is easy in Pippy Park.

Character

Pippy Park is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. Pippy Park is reasonably quiet, as the streets tend to be quite peaceful - although that is not the case near I1:10:11 Highway or I1:7:41 Highway.
