Situated in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, Pearlview is a neighbourhood within Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in this area. Nearby highways are very easy to reach from any home in this part of Mount Pearl, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in Pearlview is not very accessible. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most properties. Pearlview is not especially amenable to cycling as there is a significant amount of hills, and the bicycling infrastructure is fairly poor. It is also difficult for people travelling on foot to navigate Pearlview because few daily needs can be carried out on foot.
