Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most residences. Travelling on foot is not especially practical for property owners in McAllister as meeting day-to-day needs is at times difficult by walking. Character

McAllister offers a relaxed environment. Most areas in McAllister are very quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Parks aren't well-distributed, making them sometimes difficult to get to. Despite that, residents will be able to access public green spaces in nearby neighbourhoods.

Housing

McAllister experienced its most significant construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available properties are from this time period. In this area, roughly 40% of buildings are small apartment buildings, but mobile homes and townhouses are also present in the housing stock. There are equal parts owners and renters living in this neighbourhood. Notably, this neighbourhood is good for those looking for two bedroom homes.
