Lower West Side is a neighbourhood within Saint John, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Saint John metropolitan area.

Transportation

The best way to navigate this part of the city is usually a car. Most houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, and it is convenient to park. In contrast, the public transit network in this part of Saint John is not very accessible. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close. This part of Saint John is not especially bike-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and there is a considerable amount of elevation changes. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also not particularly convenient for walking since running daily errands is at times challenging.
