Transportation

The preferred method to get around in Lincoln Heights is very often a car. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, Lincoln Heights is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. It is very inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate Lincoln Heights as running common errands is very difficult on foot. On the other hand, this part of Fredericton is cycling-friendly.

Services

In this neighbourhood, parents and their children will almost always be able to get to daycares by walking. However, this part of the city does not contain any primary schools or high schools. Regarding food, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed to do groceries.
