The neighbourhood of Douglas can be found in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Douglas is an extremely good part of Fredericton for driving. It is very easy to access a place to park. However, getting around by public transit is difficult in Douglas. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically nearby. Douglas is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot as running common errands is inconvenient. On the other hand, the bike is a good mode of transportation in this part of Fredericton.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Douglas. Likewise, parents and their kids may find it very hard to reach daycares on foot. As far as food is concerned, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is required to purchase groceries.
