The neighbourhood of Upper Lands can be found in the municipality of West Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is very easy in Upper Lands. The majority of real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is very easy to park. In contrast, Upper Lands is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most residences. Upper Lands is not very bike-friendly because the bicycling infrastructure is sometimes poor, and bicycling is rendered strenuous by the typically hilly terrain. This part of the municipality is also not very well-suited for walking as carrying out daily needs is inconvenient on foot.

Services

A car is almost always needed in Upper Lands to access the closest supermarket. Nonetheless, it is generally a reasonably short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can provide some staple foods. Concerning education, parents and their kids will value that wherever their property is situated in Upper Lands, primary schools are nearby.
