Located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Cedardale is a neighbourhood within West Vancouver, British Columbia.

Transportation

Walking is quite practical for property owners in Cedardale; running common errands is easy, and there are also a fair number of businesses close by. Cedardale will also draw physically active people since it is suitable for biking. In particular, the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably well-developed. Cedardale is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. In contrast, the favoured mode of transportation in Cedardale is very often driving. It is straightforward to find a place to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway.

Services

Families will value that no matter where their home is situated in Cedardale, primary schools and daycares are close by. However, this area does not contain any high schools.
