Located within the Greater Victoria metropolitan area, North Jubilee is a neighbourhood in Victoria, British Columbia.

Transportation

North Jubilee is a fairly good neighbourhood for environmentally friendly transportation options. The public transit system in this part of Victoria is convenient as a consequence of around 10 nearby bus lines. Walking is also quite feasible for home buyers in North Jubilee; most daily needs are convenient to meet by walking, and many businesses are reasonably close by. This part of Victoria will draw active house buyers as it is quite suited for bicycling. In particular, the cycling infrastructure is quite well-developed.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away in North Jubilee. Moreover, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner, for instance on Richmond Road.
