Transportation

Property owners in this part of Vancouver have various alternatives to move around without using a car. Active house buyers will welcome the quite pedestrian-friendly nature of Victoria-Fraserview; meeting day-to-day needs is easy, and a variety of businesses are nearby. Victoria-Fraserview is also reasonably amenable to cycling as there are a good number of bike lanes. The public transit service in this neighbourhood is fairly good as a result of about 10 nearby bus lines. On the other hand, this part of Vancouver is not especially car friendly.
