Transportation

This part of the city does not require driving as various other means of transportation are available. Sunset is reasonably transit friendly. There are approximately 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Active people will also value the walk-friendly nature of Sunset; many daily errands can be run on foot, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Sunset is quite amenable to biking as this neighbourhood boasts a good bicycling infrastructure.

Services

When it comes to food, the closest supermarket in Sunset is typically only a short walk away. The population residing in this neighbourhood is evenly split between renters and owners. The buildings in this part of the city are relatively new, since about 30% of its dwellings were built following the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1960s.
