Situated within the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, East Campus is a neighbourhood in University Endowment Lands, British Columbia.

Transportation

This part of the community offers homeowners several alternative modes of transportation. Owing to a few nearby bus lines, East Campus benefits from a very good public transit infrastructure. This neighbourhood will also draw active house buyers as it is quite suitable for those who travel by foot, although running common errands is difficult without a car. East Campus is an extraordinarily convenient part of University Endowment Lands for cyclists. More specifically, there is usually a bike-share station in proximity, and there are innumerable bike lanes.

Services

It is very easy to access the nearest supermarket on foot from any location in this neighbourhood. In addition, a coffee shop is generally a reasonably short stroll away. Regarding education, in this part of University Endowment Lands, families will almost always be able to reach daycares and schools by walking.

Character
