The neighbourhood of Whalley can be found in the city of Surrey, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Whalley offers property owners several alternative methods of transportation. The public transit system in Whalley is reasonably practical. For example, there are various rapid transit stations on the Expo Line. The neighbourhood is connected by about 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses.
