Located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Sunnyside Park is a neighbourhood within Surrey, British Columbia.

Transportation

Cycling is easy in Sunnyside Park since there are a fair number of bike lanes. Travelling on foot is also quite practical for home buyers in Sunnyside Park; many daily errands can be run on foot. Sunnyside Park is not especially transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners benefit from around 10 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, the car is often the favoured mode of transportation in this part of Surrey. Many houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to park.
