The neighbourhood of Cloverdale is part of the city of Surrey, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cycling is convenient in Cloverdale since the cycling network is well-developed. It is also convenient for people walking to move around in this neighbourhood; many daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Cloverdale is reasonably car friendly. Accessing a place to park is generally easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Cloverdale is not very frequent. Nonetheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences.

Services

Schools and daycares are easy to walk to from anywhere in Cloverdale. Apart from public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. In this area, roughly 40% of buildings are single detached homes, and the rest of the dwellings are mainly small apartment buildings and duplexes. Most of the housing growth in this part of the city has happened after the year 2000. This neighbourhood offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
