Uptown is a very good neighbourhood for eco-friendly transportation options. Uptown is reasonably transit friendly. More precisely, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Travelling on foot is also very feasible for residents in this area; many daily errands can be run on foot, and a variety of businesses are quite nearby. Getting around by bicycle is easy in Uptown because this part of the city boasts a reasonably good cycling infrastructure.
