The neighbourhood of Queensborough can be found in the city of New Westminster, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured approach to move around in Queensborough is very often driving. Many houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 91A, and parking is quite easy. However, public transit riders may find limited choices in Queensborough by reason of the infrequent service. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. It is sometimes challenging for pedestrians to get around in this part of New Westminster as carrying out daily needs is difficult by walking. On the other hand, Queensborough is reasonably cycling-friendly since the bicycling network is quite well-developed, and riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to reach both primary and secondary schools from any location in Queensborough. However, there are only a limited number of daycares and therefore they can be a rather long walk away.
