Transportation

Getting around by car is very easy in this area. It is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from any home in this part of Nanaimo, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, getting around by public transit is challenging in this neighbourhood. Thankfully, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not especially convenient for walking since running daily errands is occasionally challenging by walking. This neighbourhood is also not especially amenable to cycling since cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of slopes, and there are a limited number of bike lanes.

Services

It is a short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from most homes for sale in this part of Nanaimo. However, parents and their kids may consider it challenging to access high schools on foot.
