Parkgate is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred way to navigate Parkgate is usually a car. It is very convenient to find a parking spot. In contrast, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Travelling on foot is not especially practical for property owners in this neighbourhood because most daily needs are sometimes difficult to meet without the use of a vehicle. In contrast, Parkgate is very bicycling-friendly as there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

A grocery store is usually reachable within a very short walk from most homes for sale in Parkgate. Additionally, it is easy to reach the closest cafe on foot, and there are also a few restaurants in this part of District of North Vancouver.
