The neighbourhood of Cariboo-Armstrong is part of the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cariboo-Armstrong offers house buyers several alternative means of transportation. The public transit network in this area is fairly good. There are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. This part of the city is also quite conducive to walking; running common errands is convenient on foot. Biking is convenient in Cariboo-Armstrong since the bicycling network is good.

Services

Families will welcome the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, homes for sale in this area. Residents have the choice between public and private elementary schools. Concerning food, it is very easy to access the nearest supermarket by walking in Cariboo-Armstrong. A limited selection of restaurants is available in this neighbourhood as well.

Character

People who prefer a relaxed environment will enjoy Cariboo-Armstrong. The majority of locations in the neighbourhood have fairly good access to public green spaces, such as Brunette River Conservation Area and Cariboo Conservation Area, since there are around 10 of them close by for residents to explore. This part of Burnaby is also very quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.

Housing
