The neighbourhood of Rothsay can be found in the city of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Rothsay is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. However, the public transit network in Rothsay is rather poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Rothsay is not very suitable for those who travel by foot as most day-to-day needs are practically impossible to carry out without having to resort to a vehicle. This area is also not very bicycling-friendly as there are very few bike lanes, and cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of hills.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Rothsay. As far as food is concerned, home buyers in this part of the city almost always have to rely on a car to reach the closest grocery store.
