Midtown

The neighbourhood of Midtown is part of the city of Kelowna, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Kelowna metropolitan area.

Transportation

Walking is reasonably practical for residents in this area; running daily errands is convenient by walking, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Midtown is also a fairly pleasant part of Kelowna for cyclists. In particular, the bicycling infrastructure is well-developed. Cars are a fairly good means of transportation in Midtown. It is especially convenient to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be at times challenging in this neighbourhood due to the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner.

Services

Midtown does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, parents may find it difficult for their children to get to daycares on foot. Concerning food, house buyers in this part of the city will welcome that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a short walk away.
