Transportation

This part of the city is very car friendly. Parking is easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Batchelor Heights is not very frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally very close. A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not very conducive to walking since very few daily errands can be run without the use of a car. This part of the city is also not especially appropriate for bicycling as the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there is a considerable amount of slopes.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to daycares from any location in this part of the city. In contrast, there are no primary schools and no high schools in Batchelor Heights. With respect to eating, the nearest grocery store in this area is generally only an extended walk away.

Character

Batchelor Heights offers a relaxed atmosphere and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. It is easy to get to parks from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover. This area is also excellent for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as the streets are generally very tranquil.
