Situated within the Greater Kamloops metropolitan area, Downtown Kamloops is a neighbourhood in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Transportation

Downtown is quite bike-friendly since. This part of the city is also suitable for walking; carrying out daily needs is easy, and plenty of businesses are quite nearby. Cars are a very good transportation option in Downtown. Accessing a place to park is quite easy, and most homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway. On the other hand, Downtown is not especially transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners are served by around 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner.

Services

It is convenient to reach the nearest supermarket on foot in Downtown. In addition, a coffee shop is often just around the corner, and there are also a limited number of options for those who appreciate close by restaurants. When it comes to education, schools and daycares are very easy to walk to from anywhere in Downtown.

Character

Downtown offers a fairly good selection of green spaces to enjoy, as well as some areas with a vibrant atmosphere.
