Barnhartvale is an extraordinarily good part of Kamloops for getting around by car. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, this neighbourhood is not very transit friendly. Moving around by bicycle is difficult in Barnhartvale because there are very few bike lanes, and bicycling is made strenuous by the often hilly area.
