Part of the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area, Valley South is a community within Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Transportation

Cars are a very good means of transportation in Valley South. It is very convenient to access a place to park. However, the public transit system in Valley South is rather limited. Nonetheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. It is at times challenging for pedestrians to navigate this part of the city as few daily errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle. In contrast, Valley South is quite conducive to bicycling.

Services

Both primary and secondary schools are convenient to access on foot from any location in Valley South. However, daycares are not particularly numerous and therefore may require an extended walk to get to. As far as eating is concerned, a grocery store is typically accessible within a rather short walk from most houses for sale in Valley South. A limited selection of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well.

Character

The character of Valley South is exemplified by its relaxed environment.
