Norgate is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Travelling on foot is practical for property owners in Norgate; meeting daily needs is easy, and plenty of businesses are quite close by. Bicycling is embraced in this neighbourhood as the cycling infrastructure is good. The public transit service in Norgate is not especially frequent. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, this part of the municipality is very car friendly. It is a rather short car ride to the closest highway from any home in this area, and it is convenient to park.

Services

Both general and specialty grocery stores are typically accessible within a short walk from most houses for sale in Norgate.
