This area is reasonably car friendly. It is easy to park. In contrast, Tsawwassen Central is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Cycling is convenient in Tsawwassen Central. It is occasionally difficult for people travelling on foot to navigate this neighbourhood as few daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Families will appreciate that wherever their home is located in Tsawwassen Central, schools and daycares are nearby. Regarding food, it is convenient to reach the nearest grocery store on foot in this part of Delta. A limited selection of restaurants and cafes can be found as well.
