Transportation

This part of the municipality is a fairly convenient part of Delta for pedestrians; many daily needs can be carried out on foot. Nicholson-Burnsview is also amenable to biking because this area has a fairly good cycling infrastructure. Nicholson-Burnsview is not especially transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. However, driving is a reasonably good transportation option in this part of the municipality. Many real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, and it is convenient to park.

Services
