Town Centre is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area will please homeowners that appreciate different modes of transportation. The public transit system in this part of the city is very good thanks to many nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Millennium Line, and around 20 nearby bus lines. It is also easy for people walking to navigate this part of Coquitlam; many day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. Biking is easy in this part of the city because the cycling infrastructure is very good.

Services

It is easy to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from any home in Town Centre. Moreover, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. With regards to education, families will appreciate that no matter where their home is situated in this neighbourhood, daycares and schools are close by.

Character

Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Town Centre.
