Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Cape Horn is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Transportation

Cape Horn is very car friendly. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and finding a parking spot is quite easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Cape Horn is not very frequent. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Many of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not particularly suitable for those who travel by foot as running daily errands is occasionally difficult by walking. In contrast, moving around by bicycle is easy in Cape Horn.
