The neighbourhood of Village West can be found in the city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Village West is very car friendly. It is a very short car ride to the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to come across a place to park. However, public transit riders may experience limited choices in Village West due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. Getting around by bicycle is difficult in this part of the city since there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of slopes. Thankfully, some pleasant sectors for cycling exist. There are also relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Village West, even though running daily errands is easy.

Services

Primary schools are convenient to walk to from anywhere in this neighbourhood. However, there are no high schools in Village West.
